CONTINENTAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS (CHAC) was established in the year 1996 to provide everlasting solution for the need of heating and hot water solution especially during winters.

The company is being look after by Urfi Mustafa Shonthu.Mr Urfi did his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering college of Srinagar Kashmir. Having  an experience of almost 15 years in this field. He has executed several projects inside & outside the country and has been trained in Domestic central heating equipments in England with POTTERTON/MYSON UK. He is the member of the ASHRAE(American society of heating, refrigeration & air-conditioning engineers) and IPL(Indian Plumbing Association).

All the major equipment is imported from Europe . The domestic central heating system runs on kerosene/diesel needing maximum 100 watts of electricity, During electric failures the system runs on a mere 200 watts inverter.
