Working with CHAC SYSTEMS is one of the smartest investments you can make.
The right cooling system, installed the right way, will bring a new world of comfort to your summer living. But the wrong system could bring you untold frustration and may cost much more in high operating and maintenance costs. Adding air conditioning to your home can be a good investment. Make it a great one with a system from Continental Heating & Air Conditioning Systems.
Air conditioning can be divided into two main types Window and Split Systems
Window Air Conditioners are freestanding and offer an instant solution to your air conditioning needs. The window or wall Systems are simple and relatively cheap to install. They offer more internal noise than that of a split system.
Split systems comprise two parts - a main evaporator unit inside the building, which is connected to an external condenser unit via pipes. The condenser unit on the outside of the building is usually suspended on brackets for wall hanging, or can be placed on the ground or a flat roof.
The Centralised systems comprises of Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units connected to each other via chilled water pipes. This type of system offer greater cooling capacity, throughout a larger space like greater distance from the external condenser reduces noise inside the building .
Our Engineers/Technicians will be able to explain these options in greater detail and recommend a suitable system for your requirements
